The Oak Bar and Restaurant is owned and managed by a familiar Teddington face - Vince Barber. Vince has worked and lived in the area for many years and has nearly 20 years experience in the world of hospitality. He has achieved the remarkable Oak Bar and Restaurant himself - he developed the plans and The Oak has been built to his very high specification.

"I wanted to build a bar and a first-class British restaurant where I live and this is the dream come true for me. We opened in November 2007 and our customers (and us!) are enjoying gourmet cooking with real customer service and a lovely interior. Our customers don't have to ravel into London now, we offer different menus to suit our customers and facilities such as the private lift so we can look after our disabled customers."
